Ok, so this mornings session went really well, so I shall be continuing on with my training schedule as planned, so this is now week 3.
I possibly took the running a bit too easy, because I wasn’t sure how it was going to be, but even still I felt comfortable doing it, and I really felt I could still be comfortable doing a bit faster, so I might try that later on in the week.
I also just want to apologise for my little absence, and hopefully it won’t happen again.
