Re-starting

Again. Sigh. Was busy busy the first couple weeks of January then was sick this past week.

Finally said screw it and got my procrastinating ass to the gym.

I did 2 miles and it took me freaking FOREVER!

1st mile: 18 minutes

2nd mile: 16:30 minutes

It was like I had no stamina again. WTH >_<

I know I gained like 10 lbs due to the holiday too but damn it!

I'm getting serious.

So for the first time ever, I brought my laptop and set it up on the treadmill so I can watch and listen to videos like running. Definitely made the time go by faster 'cus I wasn't staring at myself or the wall or those pesky numbers. Sigh.

Too bad it's too freaking cold to run outside these days. Plus, I don't want to relapse with another cold.

Anyway, I also biked for like 30 mins but it was nice and easy so I don't even know if I really burned any calories doing it but I needed the break -_-

I'll be running everyday 'til my sneaks wear out and even then, I'll go get me some new ones.

And I downloaded some new workout videos.

Will put 'em up in a few.

Currently loving the Pussy Cat Dolls workout!

Freaking easy and HOT HOT HOT!!!

And yes, I am oh so slowly working on the 1937 Hmong video.
