goals

OK.. time to do a little goal setting.

~ Keep running.. I am now up to 5-6 min straight running, with several intervals within a 30 min cycle. 

~Keep spinning..I have been making some friends in spin class and at the gym, gives me some accountability besides myself.

~Start ab class – this is every Monday, tonight I did my first 45 min…thought I was gonna die.

~11 more lbs till I hit my first goal – my reward = Verizon Droid…unless I decide on something better but I really need a new phone.

~36 more lbs till I hit my happy weight = trip to Vegas (or somewhere equally as awesome)

~Begin training for a triathlon…swimming here I come, good thing there is a lap pool at  my apt.

These goals should get me where I want to be.. watch out, I am coming!
